Terms & Conditions:

• Your campaign will run only during working hours (10 am to 6 pm). However, the database can be uploaded any time.
• The campaign will be run on all 7 days of the week.
• This is an online service. No return or refund will be provided at any stage.
• The campaign will run only if it is provided in the correct format (excel sheet number, no country code before contact number etc.)
• The advertisement content needs to be provided by you, while we will take care of any legal issues related to the advertisement.
• Count of delivered messages to numbers will be updated in the web panel.
• The database will remain in the portal for 2 days from the day of the campaign.
• Count of delivered messages to numbers will be uploaded to the portal.
• Text: upto 2000 characters.
• Image: Upload Image in (.jpg,.png,.gif) format less than 5mb + 200 character caption.
• PDF: Upload pdf file less than 10mb + 200 character caption.
• Video: Upload Video in (.avi, .mp4, .mov) format less than 10mb + 200 character caption.
• Vcard: Vcard Title, Name, Email, Mobile No, Phone no, Website, Company Name, Address with Upload Image in (.jpg, .png, .gif) format (Less than 1 MB).
• Link: upper limit max 2000 character for one msg.
